Almost forgot about writing about poker this week! Been bogged down with a new project, recovering from a Vegas trip, and trading commodities all week, which meant that my proclivities to poker was put on a back burner. Then again, political theatre bores me to death. Never fear, luckily my peers were paying close attention to the Reid Bill, which seized everyone's short attention span, but quickly fizzled out of the limelight like a bloated reality TV star.
Here's a few Reid-related items of note...
If you haven't watched This Week in Poker, check out the Reid Bill edition with special guests F Train and Dan Michalski (and his arcane Princess Leia headset). (Wicked Chops Poker)
Zombie Bill Dies, UIGEA Monster Lives is Shamus' poetic take on what will happen now with the poker world in 2011. (Hard-Boiled Poker)
F Train has been on the ball the last two weeks with the Reid Bill. He recently published a post that discusses three key points in What's Next for U.S. Online Poker (Riding the F Train)
Even los hombres sounded off on the (grim) outlook of poker in a well-crafted piece titled Online Poker Regulation: So Now What? (Wicked Chops Poker)
Oh, and let's not forget about a couple of projects that I worked on last week...
Oh, and have you bought the fucking dip already? (Tao of Fear)
If you're all about nosebleed cash games, than take a peek at Macau: The Land of Unicorns is a guest post that I wrote for Poker From the Rail. (Full Tilt Poker Blog)
Lastly, here's a heady reminder to vote for Tao of Poker in Bluff Magazine's 2010 Readers' Poll.
Have a groovy weekend. You know the drill by now. GTFOOMO!
