Pieces of Pauly: WSOP

I'm going crazy logging these long ass days. I have played two hours of poker since I've started working. I'm jonesin' to play. I need a break from this intense grind, so I decided that I want to play in the $1500 NL event on June 22nd. It would be an amazing experience as both a writer and a poker player. In addition, it's great publicity.

I'm itching to play and sitting on the sidelines is driving me crazy. I already talked about it with Felicia and she suggested that I play in a few satellites this upcoming week. I heard from several sources that the sats are super soft. At any rate, in case I don't win any tournament chips in the satellites, I decided to sell shares of myself for the June 22nd WSOP event. If 15 of my friends, readers, and fellow bloggers gave me $100 a piece, then I could have a nice day off from all this work that's been kicking my ass. Don't forget that you get this WSOP coverage for free. I'm not having as much fun as I would like. Getting to play in an real WSOP event that is not the Media Event would make my time here in Vegas a litte more enjoyable.

UPDATE: I have to close the fire sale of my action. I've gotten an overhwelming response in less than 10 hours. So if you are just reading this for the first time, you missed out. As of now I am sold out. I will contact everyone shortly to tell you who made the list of investors and how to send me the $$$$. I am afraid that I will have to turn down offers from generous readers who want to back me. I feel it would be unethical to over-sell myself so please do not take it personally if I decline your offer to stake me. I'm touched and blown away by this repsonse! Perhaps in a future event down the road you can bankroll me.
